SBCG4AP, which is abbrivated from Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People, came out with it’s first episode today, entitled “Homestar Ruiner”. This is created with help from from Mike and Matt Chapman and with the actual game being created by Telltale Games, the same people responsible for the new Sam and Max episodes, which I also recommened.
The summary of the episode starts with Strong Bad “Checkin’ the Email” and recieving a request from a email writer, the emails in this game are generated by the Bros. Chaps to help with the storyline of the episode.
The request here is to beat-up Homestar, however, Strong Bad learns about the Free Country USA Race to the End of the Race (FCURTER in the game), which homestar is competing in. Strong Bad sabotoges Homestar and causes him to get into a whole mess of trouble. The aftermath if which leaves Homestar mopping around the House of Strong. Strong Bad “races” to undo his acts of mischief by dressing up as homestar, again, cleaning his criminal record, etc.
Various Side quests are present, like trying to find lost game manual pages to “Snake Boxer 5″, a game playable on Strong Bad’s FunStation, but collecting the pages will unlock “the super secret forbidden mode“. You can also make your own Teen Girl Squad, this list can also go on.
With all the cool extras, dialog and coolness factor of walking around Free Country USA and saluting the Strong Badia flag, it’s worth the 10$ purchase on WiiWare or 8.95 on TellTale’s website for your PC
I recommened this for H*R fans with a rating of 8/10 and 6/10 for non-fans.

All of these are random
Most of them appeal to my sense of humor
Thanks again to Peter B. for the link

I received my first IPod this week, as a gift from my dad (out of guilt for something that I wasn’t TOO angry about). I, myself, was reluctant to purchase one because It seems to me that any MP3 player would work just as well.
I was wrong.
This thing amazing, I can’t stop listening to it and doing neat stuff with it.
It can even play videos.
I should probably put legally-purchased music on it, just a thought.

HOLYCRAP
I’ve finally packed my room. But where is my family moving. The thing that annoys me the most is were not going anywhere….yeah…you heard me. The new owners of the complex I live in decided to repaint the entire complex and refurnish the bathroom and kitchen, also, their redoing the windows. We knew this about 2-3 weeks before having to start. I finally got around to packing my room…since it;s not, ya’know, organized. I just put everything into like 3 HUGE boxes and said “To hell with it”. I’ve been stressed to no end. Also, they delay everything randomly, so you plan on them painting, get out of the house for the day, and they postpone to the next day for some bogus reason. I’ve been a pain to be around (except at games club where I TRY my best to “Chill-lax”). Packing freaking suck WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE!!!!1!!
I’m way to exhausted from work, packing and everyday life.

I saw The Dark Knight on Friday night with Dani and Chris from game club
We went to the 10:50 showing and they had to open up another theater to house the people seeing the movie.
As always, I snuck food in and almost got caught …but didn’t. Apparently, Regal is VERY relaxed on their big bag policy.
So, the movie.
Well, the way I normally analyze movies is if they are worth the ticket cost.
The Dark Knight is worth the 7.50 I spent to see it, the 5$ Medium soda WAS NOT (boo-urns)
Heath Ledger performs the role like I had not expected…even with seeing previews. The Joker in this is simply not a character, but an idea (and ideas are bulletproof…wait…wrong movie). The joker gets smacked around and keeps getting up for more. It is difficult to tell if this Joker is crazy and is doing everything an hour at a time or how far ahead he’s planning.
Arron EckHart performs the role of Harvey Dent good enough, but not spectacular. The effects for the bad half of his face look just like a real life version of the cartoon.
The movies feels, and is, long..simply because the plot lines re SO HUGE.
This is not like in PotC in which their are 100 simultaneous plot lines…there are like 3 huge ones
Overall Score:
5/5 “Value of ticket”
2.5/3 Characters
.5/1 Explosions/Gun fights
.5/1 Misc.
8.5/10
VERDICT: Good enough to see twice and own

Yesterday, I went to Amanda And Steve’s wedding. First off, I was surprised to even be invited, asking her beforehand “How many people cancelled to allow me into the wedding?”…Amanda told me “like three”..but i belive it to be larger than that.
I was able to find a nice looking-ish shirt and some khakis and actually talked to people I didn’t know(well, not really)…I mostly clung around gamers and played games.
I wished Amanda and Steve the best wishes I could and had a nice day/evening
Later in the evening, me, Dani and Amy played Ticket to Ride: the Card Game and overall had a nice time…It wasn’t a movie…but it wasn’t bad
Overall Rating 8.5/10
